"That Is the Kind of Thing That Has Not Been Done To My Knowledge Since Aaron Burr Was Vice President." 

So now we learn that Harry Whittington, the man who Dick "Dick" Cheney gunned down in a hunting accident that was definitely Whittington's fault (and alcohol certainly wasn't a factor), the guy who only yesterday was "very stable" (huh?) and whose condition was "not serious," now has bird shot lodged in his heart.

Remember, it's not the criminal negligence, it's the lying.
