Money For Nothing, and Little Scotty's Obfuscation For Free

You know, when Scott McClellan says that Jack Abramoff's visits to the White House were limited to "a few staff-level meetings," he makes it sound like that's a small thing. It seems to me, though, that meetings with the White House staff are a pretty big thing. After all, aren't individuals such as White House counsel, the President's domestic policy advisor - hell, even the Chief of Staff! - "staff level" personnel?

Another question - are $25,000 lunches with the President included in the category of "staff-level meetings"?
