Roger Ailes (The Good One) Raises An Interesting Question 

If Floyd Abrams, representing Judith Miller a year ago, complained that Scooter "Scooter" Libby's waiver of her confidentiality was coerced, involuntary, and therefore ineffective, why did he not raise the same argument with respect to Time's Matthew Cooper, who also relied on Scooter's waiver - and who also was represented by Abrams?
