Rude Boy

I spent a lot of time on the road this morning, so I got to listen to Air America (here in Seattle, KPTK 1090 AM). That's where I got the latest confirmation of my long-held belief that Rudy Giuliani, who now blames our troops for the looting of explosives at al Qa Qaa, is a worthless dirtbag (emphasis supplied):
The president was cautious, the president was prudent, the president did what a commander in chief should do. No matter how you try to blame it on the president the actual responsibility for it really would be for the troops that were there. Did they search carefully enough? Didn't they search carefully enough?
